I have always been someone who is up for a challenge. I am an interdisciplinary problem solver. By that I mean that I combine my passion for environmental conservation, social change and travel, with my background in business, science, arts and communications to tell the stories of science through art to inspire actionable solutions.

I studied ways to integrate the tools of science and business in my undergrad, earning me a Bachelor of Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo.

Realizing that to encourage the change I want to see in the world, numbers and evidence are simply not enough. So, I attended the Environmental Visual Communications graduate program at Fleming College —taught onsite at the Royal Ontario Museum— to learn how storytelling in science can be used to motivate audiences to act.

Whether it was working, interning, volunteering or performing, my experiences have been all over the map, which has afforded me a tool box full of the many facets of my multidisciplinary background.

What I really do is believe in the visions of the organizations I work with. I help organizations pursue their mission statement through this multifaceted approach which allows me to bring out of the box ideas to light.

Find me floating around Lake Ontario somewhere.
